Yamaha’s RUIO16-D is a Dante-enabled audio interface that offers an ideal solution to engineers looking to integrate a highly stable plugin environment into their studio or live mixing system. The interface includes VST Rack Pro software and 30 standard plugins plus it’s compatible with any VST plugins you own as well as VST3-compatible processors.

A compact, rugged design makes the RUIO16-D ideal for life on the road or jumping from room to room in a studio, and can easily be rack mounted. A pair of high-quality microphone preamps means the unit can be used for recording or acoustic measurement while providing a convenient bridge between Dante, analog, and USB signals.

FOH engineers will appreciate the 16 Dante I/O channels the RUIO16-D provides, allowing them to use their favorite dynamic, EQ, and effects processors confidently in a live environment. There’s even a USB bypass button on the front panel that skips the plugin processing if the case of a computer glitch, ensuring the system audio is not affected.
